Over the past two years, the 20-year review of the World Summit on the Information Society outcomes (WSIS+20) Outreach Network demonstrated the value of a dedicated space for the ICANN community and interested stakeholders to exchange information. ICANN has thoroughly considered the community's feedback on the Operating and Financial Plans for fiscal years 2027–2031 (FY27–31). ICANN will publish the updated plans on the Public Comment proceeding page ahead of consideration by the ICANN Board. I would like to thank everyone who contributed to the success of the ICANN85 Community Forum. In total, 1,517 people attended ICANN85 in person, including 332 first-time attendees, and 678 people participated virtually.
