The following is a summary of discussions, actions taken and actions identified:

1. ICANN's Funding Structures –Edmon Chung recused himself from the discussion, out of an abundance of caution to avoid any conflict of interest. The Committee received a briefing on ICANN's current funding structures and funding projections for the next few years. The Committee engaged in a discussion regarding maintaining sustainability of ICANN's funding, taking into consideration various economic factors such as inflation.
