1. Agenda review – The Chair reviewed the agenda for the meeting.
2. Board Committee and Other Board Group Slating – The Committee discussed the leadership and membership slates for Board Committees, Working Groups, and Caucuses. The Committee did not complete its slating discussion and agreed to continue the discussion at its next meeting.
   • Actions: BGC Chair and ICANN org to update the slating worksheet to reflect the Committee's discussion.
